Hi Scott, I am wondering how you came to this extensive list of vitamins? I just took a blood test and was low on a few items, so I am thinking about taking a multi vitamin, but I would prefer to have a doctor or professional guide me on which ones to take to help with the deficiencies. Some other things to note and that I am wondering about is that my Mom has Chron's disease and I am wondering if that could interact here somehow. I am also wondering if I should do some form of genetic testing and what the benefit of this would be? Could this tell me my risk for developing Sprue or Lymphoma?
