Gluten Free/soy Free Chocolate

I have realized I cannot tolerate soy at all so I'm looking for a gluten free, soy free chocolate. Mostly for baking but every chocolate bar/chocolate chip package i've looked at at the very least has soy lechitin in it. Does anyone know of one? thanks, Beverly

I'm also soy free, so it's been a bit of a bummer trying to find soy free, gluten-free chocolate. The only one I have found is Enjoy Life's chocolate chips. They are also dairy free. They are very good and taste just like the "real thing," but they are only in chocolate chips, but at least I can use them for baking. If you find soy free chocolate bars, let me know!

I've had trouble with soy too, but I can handle organic chocolate bars. I started slowly with the little Bug Bites from my health food store. I have to stick with the plain though. The mint upset my stomach for some reason.

I found Green and Black's Organic chocolate at Walmart yesterday. It was $3.28 for a 3.5 oz bar though. It also states that it is 70% cocoa and I understand that qualifies as healthy.

I get 99% Cacao by Scharffen Berger. It is just cocoa beans and vanilla beans. It does say it may contain traces of sugar and soy but haven't had a problem with it.

I eat Green & Blacks as well. The dark chocolate mint bar is awesome.

Hi Ravenwood--where do you buy that chocolate? I've not seen it, and I can't get the Enjoy Life Chips locally. The kitty in your pic is so adorable--I read about how you came upon him in another thread. I love that face--kind of vulnerable and innocent looking! My vote , I hope you end up keeping him.

Thanks everyone- I'll see if I can find the Enjoy Life stuff and the Green and Black's (I know I've seen that somewhere locally) and ill let you know if find anything else.

I've never seen it "in person". I'd order it online. :-) There are a number of online stores that carry it in the US if you don't want to order it directly. Just google! :-)

All of their products are gluten-free, but the rest of their chocolate bars and drops have about 0.05% soy lecithin.
