Alright Sillies another shame going to come out of my mouth.....Tonight my neighbor below and I hit the gym we have at the complex here.....I am sooo out of shape (so is she) but honestly after 10 minutes I was dying...we are going to go 5 days a week though so in the spring we will be in lots of shape...I can see it hurting tomorrow!

10 minutes isn't so bad for starters.....just increase your time slowly and before you know it, you'll have a lot more stamina
