Sounds a bit like a Catholic "pre-confession" - "Father, I am going to sin tomorrow...." How many Hail Mary's for a pre-confession?

Happy to pay anything for a pre-confession (although I may already be too late   )

ah well.

Listening well to Shroomie's tales since Seattle is on the 'to-do' list for THE BIG ONE.

hmm

scared cats...check

extra blankets...check

additional heat source....see item one

extra food...eggs in the back yard

what else?

Dangit!! Currently finishing off the wine. Let's hope it holds off for a trip to Costco.

chickens can eat grass. cats can eat chickens - no wait- that's my food source......I'll think on that

extra boyfriend? I'm having enough trouble keeping one. (He took me out for gluten-free hamburgers yesterday :)  ) and anyway, he has fireplaces and heat, so if worse comes to worse I'm hauling that cats and chickens to his house.

I'm just glad you didn't say, "see item one" after 'extra food'! :o

I have 18 boxes of Chex (various flavors), 3 boxes of Kix and about 6 boxes of Gorilla Munch/Koala Krisp.... Let me know if you need some ;) If worse comes to worse, I've got 2 rubbermaid containers full of fondant

Didn't mean extra BF. Just have him available , within easy reach, incase of emergency

Plastic-lined bucket to poop in :P

Broom and mop

Something (or someone) to hold on to

Some way of boiling water (see drinking water above, if you aren't planning on coffee or tea)

Now just how many cities do you know that have a suburb called Marshland??? The most unlikely soil type for a city yer ever heard of. Houses built in "Marshland" have to have poles inserted (can't remember how many now) meters into the "soil" - something like 30 feet :o for a foundation.

Lemme guess... . . .. ... basements are a rarity down there.. . . . . ...

Yep, ours is one of the few basements in these parts :o Had the hammer the architect over the head to do it 'cos he'd never done one

WODKA, definightly, much WOKDA (and scotch, and Bacardi; all the wine in the cellar survived - one bottle came shooting out and made a soft landing in a basket :D . Hubs went over da hill this a.m. for a few things missing from our supplies - everything deserted except grocery stores and petrol stations. Many people leaving town  Sludgy silt everywhere from liquefaction - peeps just shoveling dirt. Other peeps in store with bandages. They are concentrating on getting live people out - those obviously dead are being left for now :o sitting in their crushed cars and buses. The biggest hotel in town looks close to collapse - one of the newer ones.

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?

Welcome to the forum, @Mmoc! Please include the reference ranges for the IGA and the TTG tests in your next post if you have access to them. We cannot comment much otherwise as different labs use different reference ranges for these tests and also different units of measurement. There are no universal standards as of yet so the raw test numbers are not always helpful. Having said that, if your IGA (what we usually call "total IGA") is low, the TTG-IGA score will be skewed and cannot be trusted. Other kinds of tests for celiac disease would need to be run, particularly those in the IGG family of tests. Perhaps this will be helpful:
