Mcdonalds

I can't find the gluten free menu online anywhere on McDonalds site. I found the old menu by googling, but the menu items have changed quite a bit since that menu was published. The newer menu items don't list the grilled chicken breast as gluten free as it contains hydrolized wheat gluten. Can anyone else find the gluten free menu on McD's website or have they now revoked it?

Angie, in my Truimph Dining Book 2006-07..it lists a www.mcdonalds.com or (877) MCD-FOOD (confirmed 11/28/05).

So there has not been a resent update unless found on line. Shame on them. Slackin burger boys. (not to be interpreted as sexist, shehhhh) :P

I could not locate the menu either.

Well, I'm glad I wasn't the only one. I guess tonight will have been my last McD's trip then. There's no WAY I'm sitting down and planning a whole menu for my family before leaving to get fast food. Totally not worth it. :( Tori will be sad.

Interesing. Seems very little is safe to eat there. And milk in their sausage? Looks like the only things my daughter and I could eat are the vegetables for salads, bacon, and the apple slices. All the more reason not to go there.

I think after the lawsuit on the fries, they must be in CYA mode. Now, they post all the ingredients and let you decide if it's gluten-free. The list at the link below is from 5-23-07.

I haven't found a gluten free listing for McD's Canada either, but have looked at their ingredients. It seems they have different ingredients in some of their products from what is offered in the US (the fries are different too.) The grilled chicken (Chicken McGrill) doesn't not contain wheat products that I can see in the ingredients list:

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
