My guess would be that you had a technician who is legally not allowed to offer any medical interpretation and thought s/he was being funny.

Don't know but when I hear lung scope I think of COPD. My dad has it and is a smoker and they do lung scopes on patients with or suspected of having it.

I should add that non-smokers can get it too from inhaling other substances as well.

i was kinda thinking copd to, but not sure. Im just at lost right now, at first they said virnal menigitsis, then it turned to pnemonia, then they decided to do an scope cause he still has an fever, now they are saying this. I just dont see how any of these things go together, Plus with stomach problems 2 months ago. I know penomia and lungs looking like hamburger might go together, but not all 3. And he hasnt coughed during any of this. so that confuses me.

They do scopes on anyone that they need more info on. If nothing specific shows up on xrays, cat scan, mri etc, they'll do a scope so they can look at the tissue and see if anything looks abnormal.

In addition to what Jestgar said, If it is something like COPD, they MAY be screening earlier than they used to, which is a very good thing(I don't know). I do know that there are alot more and more effective medications available than there were when my father started treatment for this years ago. But don't let that comment worry you. Wait until you have accurate info and then go from there.

finally got some answers, they did an biopsy for tb. he is very ill again and they are not sure what is all going on and dotn want to say til biopsy comes back. But at least tb does make sense to what is going on with him. So he is back in isolation.

This is really helpful  I had not considered sugar alcohols or inulin as triggers. Thanks for the practical baking tips too color coding and baking G F first makes a lot of sense. Thiamax (TTFD) plus a B-complex, and if you want benfotiamine, the Life Extension formula covers that at ~100 mg.

High fiber can definitely cause sudden GI distress especially if it’s a new addition but accidental gluten exposure can feel similar. Keeping a simple food/symptom log and introducing new gluten-free foods one at a time can really help you spot the pattern. Thanks for asking  I’m mainly looking for gluten-free staples and snacks. Any recommendations for brands or go-to items would be appreciated.

sorry a bit confused so I should take my B complex along with Objective Nutrients Thiamax for TTFD but what about a Benfotiamine to take. The Life extensions contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine together or im confusing myself. I am trying to see if I take Thiamax what should I take for Benfotiamine. Thanks EDITING after further research I see ones water soluble ones fat soluble. So I guess 100MG as you suggested of Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. and the Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD.     would work for me.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.
