Can I Use Any Old Breadman?

I have a Breadman from about 6 years ago that I never used. Now that I need to make gluten-free bread, I would love to use it. But, it doesn't have a setting for gluten-free bread. It is very basic but I'd hate to have to get a new one if I don't need to. Thanks!

Yes, if you haven't used the breadmaker with wheat flour --- you will be safe. I do not own the breadman ( I love my zo) but I know many who use a breadman. I would look for a one rise setting if it does not have a gluten-free setting. It might say quick bread setting also. Or of course you can alway let the machine do the work then remove the dough & bake in a regular bread pan in your oven.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
