Gluten Free "cheese-it" Like Crackers

I was so excited when I came across these! They are from outside the bread box, a company based in Colorado. I bought a package for $7 at a local store, and I went to their website and was pleasantly surprised to see that they are only $5 a package. I think I'm going to order a few packages. They are delicious and worth every penny. B) Now if they would only make them in goldfish shapes...

Outside the Bread Box has a lot of yummy gluten-free items.

I haven't tried the loaf breads, but I love their bagels.

I am glad you posted about the graham crackers, I was looking at ordering those too but I am glad you gave the heads up. I am going to order the Cheese ones. I miss Cheese-its!!!

I am glad you posted about the graham crackers, I was looking at ordering those too but I am glad you gave the heads up. I am going to order the Cheese ones. I miss Cheese-its!!!

Have you tried the graham crackers from The Grainless Baker? They are sooooo yummy!

Sounds interesting. Some products include Montina, Amaranth, Millet, Quinoa, & Teff.

Tonight I "flew off the handle" at my hubby for not having anything to snack on.....

I used to wolf down a whole box of "better cheddars" every few days, I miss them......

Can't wait to try these, really miss cheese crax. Before I knew I was celiac I used to eat cheezits to settle upset stomach. Little did I know that I was only adding to the problem!

I have yet to find bagels that are gluten-free and taste good. It seems like too much trouble to bake my own so I put cream cheese on toasted bread crust instead. My not so sensitive sister brought me bagels from Chicago (not Gluten Free!!) when she visited NY over the holidays. I absolutly love bagels and could have screamed when I not only could not eat her "gift" but had to dissinfect my kitchen when the rest of the family toasted and ate them!!! So, I can't wait to order these. Thanks for the tip.

Just remember, like with most gluten-free breads, you have to warm them in the oven, toast, or broil.

The multi grain bagels are a staple in my kitchen :)

No one needs to crave for a super gluten-free bagel any longer.the bad side is you have to do mailorder if you are not in NY ,Nj area!!!

joans gfgreatbakes has the very best gluten-free bagels... Just like a NY bagel. She also has eng.muffins for making the mickey d breakfast sandwich...plus more.

I do not work,own or have any interest in this company. I'm just a VERY satisfied customer.

I have been sampling & test tasting gluten-free foods for several years now.

Try these bagels I think you will be surprised .

gluten freee is getting better everyday with all the small bakers ...& vendors trying to get better tasting products. My hat goes off to them.We all need to support them because they appear to be the ones who have the best tasting products. I know the goodies are more pricey & shipping is more for the small guy but as they grow their business prices will come down & in turn they too may get a better shipping rate.

I live in CO so I see Out of the Breadbox products a lot. We like the croutons. Not necessarily as croutons, but they have a yummy fried bread taste to them and my daughter just eats them as snacks. She hasn't shown an interest in the cheese crackers but I think hubby and my son would enjoy them. I'll pick them up next shopping day!

      Talk to your doctor about switching to an antihistamine, and supplementing essential vitamins and minerals. Dietary changes (low carb/paleo) may be beneficial for you. Have you talked to a dietician or nutritionist about a nutrient dense gluten free diet? It's harder to get all the vitamins needed from a gluten free diet. Gluten containing products are...

      I’m pretty sure they do. I have been on myfortic, tacrolimus since 2021 for my liver transplant and added prednisone after kidney transplant. I’m going to try to cut back omeprazole to 20 mg a day and then after a week try to stop altogether. Thank you for your help.

      A gastroenterologist doing an endoscopy. Biopsies would be taken to be examined microscopically. Do your anti-rejection medications cause digestive problems?

      I had a wonderful experience in Istanbul last Spring. Before I left home, I purchased cards written in Turkish explaining that I had celiac and explaining what I could not eat. The restaurant owners were so accommodating and caring. I stayed well the entire time we were in Istanbul.

      Talk to your doctor about switching to an antihistamine, and supplementing essential vitamins and minerals.  Dietary changes (low carb/paleo) may be beneficial for you.  Have you talked to a dietician or nutritionist about a nutrient dense gluten free diet?   It's harder to get all the vitamins needed from a gluten free diet.  Gluten containing products are required to be enriched or fortified with vitamins and minerals lost in processing.  Gluten free facsimile processed foods are not required to be enriched nor fortified.  So we have to buy our own vitamin supplements.   Glad to be of help.  Keep us posted on your progress!

      @Ginger38,  Are you taking a B Complex vitamin?  Vitamin D?  Thiamine in the form TTFD or Benfotiamine? I think increasing my B Complex vitamins and taking additional Thiamine and Vitamin C and zinc helps along with the Lysine.
