i was going to make these banana bars

it calls for gluten free flour mix.

how would just coconut flour sound instead? would it change anything?

Coconut flour is high in fiber and absorbs lots of water. I would not use 1 1/2 cups of it in a recipe. I would try using 1/4-1/2 cup and the rest whatever gluten-free flour you normally use.

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
