Girls Question On Sanitary Products

I am going to ask the doc this when I see him but...here goes WAY TMI. I have a rash on my behind mostly cheeks that gets way worse during my mensus. I think its linked to sanitary products. I read somewhere that diapers have wheat byproducts in the gel and I'm wondering if pads do too. I never connected this rash to celiac but now I'm wondering if its DH. Its red and blotchy. I can't see it up close. Is there a list somehwere of sanitary prodcuts and their gluten-free status?

7th Generation pads have wheat used as an "absorbent" material. So other pads might use the same wheat based material.
