I want to make some treats with my kids but i need them to be free from gluten casein and soy. I was going to make popcorn balls but most recipes ask for butter.

any ideas would be appreciated

How about bobbing for apples?

I only did it once as a kid... but it was really fun! Gluten-free, casein-free, soy-free fun :)

Brittle. I like pumpkin seed brittle. All you really need is sugar. Anything else is negotiable.

On that note, Trio bars (at costco) are GFCFSF. So are Jocalat (Lara) Bars. I know those are already made, but Trio bars are similar to multi-seed/nut brittle, and Jocolat are similar to raw "brownies." If you like those, you can try making them easily.

Oh, and these cookies are really good, if you can eat peanuts and eggs. I've also made them with almond butter. Just make sure it's natural (just ground nuts) because that's the bulk of the cookie.

PB cookies

1 c crunchy all natural peanut butter (pour off extra fat)

1 c brown sugar (or less)

1 t vanilla

1 egg

1/2 t salt

1 t baking soda

2 T gluten free flour

preheat 350. mix together. form into 1T balls. should make 12 cookies. press with fork to make criss crosses. place in fridge for 5 min if you don't want them to spread too much. bake about 10-15 min till golden brown. if you want softer bake less and more crumbly bake longer.

This post is probably late and I don't know if candycorn is SF but you can take the thin clear plasic gloves and place one candycorn point side down in each finger for fingernails and then fill up the rest of the glove with the popcorn and tie at the wrist with a ribbon.

What about roasting pumpkin seeds? We used to do this all the time when I was little with the seeds from the pumpkins we carved. You can make them really really spicy with lots of different herbs, sweet, or just simple and natural with a little salt. *Use oil instead of butter:

Sometimes you just need a creative name. We are having body parts soup tonight. Really just meatballs(eyes), gluten-free elbow macaroni (ribs) and whatever else I can think up.

How about the easiest peanut butter cookies EVER!

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter, or other nut butter

1 egg

Mix all together and bake at 350 until done.

(optional)- add some Enjoy Life chocolate chips. They are dairy free, gluten free, soy free, and nut free!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
