Below is an email I received yesterday from the co-owner of Noah's Pretzels in the DC/MD area - we've tried these pretzels and they are really good:

You asked. We listened. Noah's Pretzels is very pleased to announce that our gluten-free pretzels are now available for online purchase for you and your loved ones. We know that a gluten-free diet is a lifelong commitment for people with many different conditions including celiac disease, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, and autism (making this even closer to our hearts here at Noah's Pretzels). That's why we want everyone to be able to enjoy a soft and delicious gluten-free pretzel anywhere in the country at anytime.

We have put substantial and dedicated effort into making these pretzels not only safe for those on gluten-free casein-free diets but also amazingly delicious. We encourage you to taste them and see for yourself! Beyond Rice Cakes Author Vanessa Maltin tells us that the gluten-free pretzel is "the best pretzel I've ever tasted and is the first gluten-free product that has made me feel normal while eating at a stadium."

Noah's Pretzels will be utilizing PacMoore Products, Inc. to manufacture our gluten-free pretzels. To ensure that they are segregated in a gluten-free environment, these pretzels will be produced in PacMoore's new gluten-free bakery which has been certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).

If you are interested in purchasing a 6 pack or multiple 6 packs of Noah's gluten-free pretzels, please place your order directly at Noahʼs Website www.noahspretzels.com/store. The price is $17.99 per 6 pack plus $8.95 for S&H.

Noah's pretzels continue to be sold at Nationals Park in Washington, DC as an Official Sponsor of the Washington Nationals baseball team and at the Verizon Center as the official pretzel of the Washington Wizards basketball team. Noah's pretzels also continue to be sold at our retail location in the Lake Forest Mall in Gaithersburg, MD. Best of all, Noah's continues to use profits to directly support Autism education, charities, and programs.

If you are interested in more information about Noah's or any of our current efforts please visit us at www.Noahspretzels.com.

Thank you for your past interest and your future support of Noah's as we educate our community on Autism Awareness and try to make a difference (while providing really great tasting pretzels!)

Sincerely,

Dwayne Herndon

Have you tried the pretzels from Miss Roben's ( allergy grocer)? I have & did not care for them. I was wondering how these compare? I have also tried some from a baker in Michigan & they also were a no-go for us. What flavor did you get the plain or cinn/sugar?

thanks for your input.

I've had them at the Nat's stadium - they are great!

Haven't tried the Miss Roben's pretzels. I didn't see the cinn sugar pretzels on the Noah's website. I know they will make the flavored ones in store.

Thanks. I've tried a couple of others from other places not Noah's & non of us really liked them. I have made the ones from the betterbatter website & they were very good but I'm getting lazy in my old age!

Darn it. They have eggs! Daughter loved the Miss Robens but I don't much like baking them. If I recall, they were kind of a pain.

This treatment looks promising. Its aim is to provoke immune tolerance of gluten, possibly curing the disease. It passed the phase 2 trial with flying colours, and I came across a post on Reddit by one of the study volunteers. Apparently, the results were good enough that the company is applying for fast track approval.  Anokion Announces Positive Symptom Data from its Phase 2 Trial Evaluating KAN-101 for the Treatment of Celiac Disease https://www.reddit.com/r/Celiac/comments/1krx2wh/kan_101_trial_put_on_hold/

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.
