Do any of you drink Raspberry Leaf Tea?

I read it, like chamomile, is helpful in healing celiacs.

Whether it's for healthy skin, menstrual aid, mood managment, vitimins, anything else, does it work for you?

Is it considered safe for those of us who have naturally lower blood sugar and pressure?

Raspberry leaf is one of the few substances that's actually recommended for pregnant women (it's supposed to "tone" your uterus and make contractions more efficient). I tried it... I can't really say that I noticed much of a difference... but it's certainly safe to consume as a supplement or tea.

I adore raspberry leaf tea! Not only is it free of caffeine, it tastes delicious and helps boost fertility, tone female organs, and of course is used to help pregnant women. I haven't noticed any negative side effects from it - I stopped drinking it for a while because I've been on a rollercoaster of feeling great and then miserable lately and I'm trying to narrow down why I feel that way.

I haven't heard of any reason not to drink it - my mom started giving it to me to help my cramps when I was just a kid.

You will get a laugh out of this but our holistic vet recommends it for females in the breeding cycle..... I'm passed that cycle so I don't buy it much any more!!!!!

Interesting, when I suffered for a few months with ectopics I noticed that carbohydrates would cause indigestion and bloating in my stomach, then that would lead to my heart skipping beats, and I could feel it in my throat, it was very unsettling.  My last serious bout of this was after eating a Muller Rice Pudding for breakfast.   I happened to be wearing a 48 hour halter at the time and cardiology picked it up, but they weren't worried about what they saw. There was some British doctor who'd made some videos on the Vagus nerve that I remember watching at the time which made sense of what I was experiencing, there did seem to be some sort of connection.

I asked my cardiologist about stopping vitamins.  He said his tests account for all detectable vitamins from sources other than food.  I only need to stop them for a couple of days.  He has me keep records of meds and vitamins I've ingested over the past 10 days and prior and he does his calculations.

Reply to treats I try and eat to bring up the glucose. Sometime I get up 3 times a night and eat something. I don't think food is the issue. A lot of the food they say should help doesn't.  Many mornings my level is 59 and I feel sick, sometimes for hours. It has been recommended I go to an Endocrinologist.
