Thank you, celiac3270! I love to eat Fritos regular corn chips with my chili! I don't even miss crackers as long as I have my Fritos! :D

It is interesting how the regular nacho cheese aren't gluten-free but the nacho cheese rollitos are gluten-free. They are the same flavor according to my oldest sister, but no wheat flour.

I'm not complaining :)

The light nacho cheesier are gluten-free, too. Maybe they made them lower calorie just by leaving out the wheat! :D Either way, I will have to try them. I sorely miss my Doritos Nacho Cheesier! :( I will have to ask my kids to help me find the rollitos and the light. They know all the good places to find different flavors of chips.

The rollitios are really good.

Interesting, when I suffered for a few months with ectopics I noticed that carbohydrates would cause indigestion and bloating in my stomach, then that would lead to my heart skipping beats, and I could feel it in my throat, it was very unsettling.  My last serious bout of this was after eating a Muller Rice Pudding for breakfast.   I happened to be wearing a 48 hour halter at the time and cardiology picked it up, but they weren't worried about what they saw. There was some British doctor who'd made some videos on the Vagus nerve that I remember watching at the time which made sense of what I was experiencing, there did seem to be some sort of connection.

I asked my cardiologist about stopping vitamins.  He said his tests account for all detectable vitamins from sources other than food.  I only need to stop them for a couple of days.  He has me keep records of meds and vitamins I've ingested over the past 10 days and prior and he does his calculations.

Reply to treats I try and eat to bring up the glucose. Sometime I get up 3 times a night and eat something. I don't think food is the issue. A lot of the food they say should help doesn't.  Many mornings my level is 59 and I feel sick, sometimes for hours. It has been recommended I go to an Endocrinologist.
