For anyone who shops in the Rochester, NY area, please share your favorites for gluten-free food. I live closer to Syracuse but don't mind shopping in Rochester occasionally.

Thanks.

I live about half way between the two and other than of course Wegmans I like to shop at Mother Earth on Exchange St in Geneva. They are very good about checking items for me when needed and they carry the Kinnickinnick products that I like. They will also order cases of stuff and give a price break and have stuff I can't find at Wegmans like Glutino Cheese crackers, they taste just like Cheezits and Tom Sawyer flour mix. They are not a huge place but will gladly order items special and are very knowledgeable about gluten and have a good gluten-free selection for a small store.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
