Can anyone suggest a good, readily available and reasonably cheap guaranteed to be gluten free multivitamin?

Thanks, I had heard that before about the brand. I'm currently using a generic of Centrum, but of course the no-gluten aspect may not have made it through the generic equivalent process.

I use UP&UP. It's a Target brand, and it says it's gluten free right on it.

We were to Mayo Clinic in Rochester last week. They wanted us to be sure our medications and supplements were gluten free. I received this list:

Thanks for the replies. I went to Target & looked at their house brand, none of the multivitamins I saw (Up & Up, etc) were clearly marked "Gluten Free". So I stopped at a Rite Aid on the way home & picked up a couple bottles of "Nature Made Multi", which is labeled "No yeast or Gluten". Plus, they were buy one, get one free, which is always nice :D

I know that Costco in Canada has a pre-natal vitamin that is gluten free, and it is under $5. I take it even though I'm not pregnant!

It says Gluten Free right on the bottle.

Hi, Molly -

You might want to double check on the Centrum vitamins. I started taking them when I was first diagnosed 2 years ago because their website said gluten-free. Unfortunately it was the Canadian site. When I called them they said only the ones sold in Canada are guaranteed gluten-free. They might have changed that since then, but just wanted to give you a heads up.

The UP&UP men's one a day says gluten free right after the ingredients list.

Kirkman Labs has several different gluten free multivitamins.

I take rainbow light children's multi chewable...it tastes like crap, but easy on the tummy.

I checked into this. The Canadian (.ca) sit reports that Centrum is gluten free but the .com sit does not certify that information.

All of this info is helpfull..... my gi dr. told me to find a good mutli vitamin with mainly five ingredients are the most important ones which are vitamin D, iron, selenium, copper and magnesium... she also said that prenatal may be better than reg even if you're not pregnant bc they have higher levels. i know i can not take womens one a day as they make me feel terrible and this both times i tried to take them before i had my gi biopsy and before i knew what was wrong with me. so now im kind of afraid to take them in fear of feeling crummy. anyone have an opinion on what makes them feel the best and if i should go with the prenatal rather than a regular kind? i just want to not feel weak and afraid to excercise again. i also may need to say i have type one diabetes and anemic so any help for a newly diagnosed would be awesome im still learning ..... thanks :)

      So I've been dealing with chasing the name celiac because of my body actively dealing with health issues related to celiac though not eating. Diagnosed in 1994 before foods eliminated from diet. After 25 years with former pcp I googled celiac specialist and she wasn't because of what ive been through. I wanted my results to be sent to my pcp but nothing was sent.I have email copies.I did one zoom call with np with team member from celiac specialist in Nov 2025 and she asked me why I wanted to know why I wanted the celiac diagnosis so bad, I sad I don't, its my life and I need revalidaion because its affecting me.KB stated well it shows you are.I asked then why am I going through all this.I was labeled unruly. Its been a celiac circus and medical has caused anxiety and depression no fault to my own other than being born with bad genetics. How is it legal for medical professionals to gaslight patients that are with an ailment coming for help to be downplayed? KB put in my records that she personally spent 120min with me and I think the zoom call was discussing celiac 80 min ONE ZOOM call.SHE is responsible for not explaining to my pcp about celiac disease am I right?

Its alarming these places are popping up in airports as well.I just saw on the news that the airport ( can't remember which  one)was going to have a fabulous smelling bakery. Not for sensitive celiacs, this can alter their health during their travel which isn't safe. More awareness really NEEDS to be promoted, so much more than just a food consumption!FYI I did write to Stanislaus to let them know my thoughts on the medical field not knowing much about celiac and how it affects one.I also did message my gi the 3 specialist names that was given on previous post on questions on celiac. I pray its not on deaf door.

      I used to be able to get the Rivera yougut i havent been able to get it lately. I like getting it did say it did say gluten free. I just looking for a good yogurt that gluten free that i can add some fruit and nuts to any suggestion would be helpful  thanks
