A beautiful delicious moist and light cake.

All the ingredients are naturally gluten free.

A fantastic cake to make, bet non-celiacs can't tell it's gluten free.

Everyone will want the recipe.

Davey, would consider moving to the states and marrying me? I'm having my kitchen remodeled so it'll be all fresh and shiny for you....

Steady there, David; I think she's a cupboard lover :D

P.S. I filed your recipe ;)

I made this yesterday and it was pretty damn good! And I love the fact that it doesn't have any sugar or butter in it.

I might try adding a bit of cinnamon or mixed spice next time. But, yeah, there will definitely be a next time for this recipe. Thanks for posting it.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

Anyone experimented with Taurine supplementation either via electrolyte powders or otherwise? Thanks

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
