I bought a 4-pack of Udi's Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins yesterday. I left one out to thaw, and froze the other 3. I ate it this morning for breakfast. Oh, my goodness, was it delicious!! :) Heavenly!! Can't have them too often, since I'm counting calories but for an occasional treat they are wonderful! Anyone else like them? I sure wish Udi's shipping costs weren't so high, I would order from them! I think they have lemon muffins too, would love to try those!

Shh. Don't tell anyone. But I ate two of those in one sitting last night. I just couldn't stop myself!

The chocolate ones are really great, too. Haven't tried the lemon yet.

We had them and my non gluten-free hub ate 2.

You may have to take a road trip and stock up. Maybe you could find someone to order with you.

Love your cat av. Looks like Yoda.

Daughter loves these! She has them for birthdays instead of cake.

THe blueberry are our favorite! Than the chocolate. The lemon are okay, but we like the other ones better! Best muffins around! We keep them in the freezer when my duaghter has a party/school/church event to go to and needs a snack or treat to take! So yummy!

I served the blueberry ones for breakfast to gluten eating house guests and they raved. The best comment was "I thought you couldn't eat this. Please don't make yourself sick on our account"

The chocolate ones and the blueberry ones are *SO* addictive!! I've seen 5 stores in my town start carrying them because people have been requesting them left and right. My husband is ordering some into his store next week (he's a manager)...Yay!!! This will kill my budget, but they sure are yummy! :D

Don't forget the $1 off coupon on their website! With that, they aren't any more expensive then buying a bakery muffin! :D (AND soooo worth it!) I have blueberry and lemon in the freezer....and my coupon waiting for a trek north to the store that carries the chocolate!

I strongly recommend 2 dedicated gluten free (gluten-free) restaurants in my area (East Bay of San Francisco Bay Area) (2025) -- Life is Sweet Bakery and Café in Danville. I've been a few times with friends and tried multiple entrees and salads. All very good and worth having again. I've also tried a number of their bakery goods. All extremely good (not just "good for gluten-free"). https://lifeissweetbakeryandcafe.com/ -- Kitara Kitchen in Albany (they have additional locations). I've been once and had the "Buritto Bowl". Six individual items plus a sauce. Outstanding. Not just "for gluten-free", but outstanding in its own right. Vibrant flavors, great textures. I can't wait to go back. https://www.kitava.com/location/kitava-albany/

I'm 67 and have been celiac for 17yrs. I had cataract surgery and they put a gluten lens in my eye. Through a lot of research, I found out about MMA acrylic...it contains gluten. It took 6 months for me to find a DR that would remove it and replace it with a gluten-free lens . I have lost some vision in that eye because of it . I also go to a prosthodontist instead of a regular dentist because they are specialized. He has made me a night guard and a few retainers with no issues... where my regular dentist didn't care. I have really bad reactions to gluten and I'm extremely sensitive, even to CC. I have done so much research on gluten-free issues because of these Drs that just don't care. Gluten is in almost everything shampoo, lotion, food, spices, acrylic, medication even communion wafers! All of my Drs know and believe me I remind them often.... welcome to my world!

If this applies geographically, in the U.K., physicians will often declare a diagnosis of celiac disease based on the TTG-IGA antibody blood test alone if the score is 10x normal or greater, which your score is. There is very little chance the endoscopy/biopsy will contradict the antibody blood test.

TTG IgA reference range 0.0 to 14.9 KU/L

What was the reference range for that test? Each lab uses different reference ranges so a raw score like that makes it difficult to comment on. But it looks like a rather large number.
