My teeth are pretty bad, they have been shifting alot past 9 months or so. I just got off gluten a few weeks ago. Just wondering if anyone has had braces? I want to get them but im not sure if it would matter if my teeth are going to keep shifting when the braces get removed. Maybe im wrong. Do teeth keep shifting even when your off gluten?

My daughter had them. No problems!! They'll keep shifting if you don't wear your retainers!!

Awesome. I know they would keep shifting if you don't wear your retainer for anyone in general but I just wasnt sure if a celiac kept having the problem all their life.

Not regular metal braces, but Invisilines to correct my crooked lower front teath. After years of dental damage from undiagnosed celiac disease (finally diagnosed at age 56), my lower teeth were misshapen and crooked. After 12 months of invisiline aligners (which were changed once a month, I now just wear Invisiline retainers when I sleep. If I forget to put them in at night, I can make up a few hours (when I'm home) the next day. My smile is no longer crooked!

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
