Chebe Dinner Idea

We made garlic chebe with Buitoni pesto sauce, extra garlic salt, minced garlic (from a jar), colby/jack cheese and shredded chicken that I had boiled. I used a little extra oil and water instead of milk. We rolled them into sticks. When they were done, we ate them with sides of spaghetti sauce. They were very good. We had a large spinach salad for veggies. It was a great meal. You can dump just about anything into chebe, huh? :P

Please steal my "recipe". Notice I gave no measurements. I make this stuff up as I go. My kids are very afraid of my cooking...but this was a success!

I made a Chebe pizza last night and my hubby said it was the best!!! He ate all of it that was left after Chey and I had ours! I just followed the directions on the bag for pizza crust and then topped it with tomato paste, garlic salt, italian seasoning, onion powder, lots of mozzerella cheese and hormel pepperoni YUM!

That sounds great! We ate an Amy's gluten-free cheese pizza last night...it was pretty good--although I did add another layer of sauce and cheese :D

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
