    I eat fruitty pebbles and feel good after i eat them. Something different than whole foods gluten free frosted flakes although they are good too with banana and a little sugar on them yum yum.

    Does anyone know what is wrong with Annatto food color in foods or cheese my doctor says stay away from it. Sorry if I have asked this before I just can't find it on any boards.     I dont know if you have a safeway store where you live, but I called safeway and they sent me a list of gluten free foods and I still call when I need to . Anyway back to the question I know that safeway brand Chicken and rice is safe I eat it all the time.

    Thank you all, I have been getting my hair done at a salon and never thought twice about it. I was trying to figure out why it was dry, brittle looking and everytime I brush it tons of hair comes out. A little better since I have been gluten-free, but not as nice as it did look. Now I will work on my hair.

    I was reading about the celiac gene on this pages. I understand that there are two genes, I get that, but what does HLA DQ2 and HLA DQ8 mean and is it worse to have one or the other or both.     I had test done the other day. They were 24 hr urine which my number were 187.5 suppose to be between 100.0 and 300.0 so that was good. The other test was a PTH Intact which was 11 and should be between 12 and 65 so its a low. Vitamin D 25- hydroxy was 36.8 should be 32.0 to 100.0 for optimal health should be 32.0 Iwhat i am asking is does anyone know...

    I cooked at my house and it was all great. My son did the rolls and i made box stuffing for my mom and son and his friend and I made sure it wasn't near the food I could it and everyone was extremely careful not to cross contaminate. It was all good and I did not get sick. rebecca
