  9. I agree with Tarnalberry strategy. I have been gluten free so many years that I have come to disassociate food with social events. I let my co-workers make whatever plans they want and I adapt as needed so I can join them. I am sorry that this upset you.
  10. I know my taste buds have adapted to gluten free food. After nearly 29 years I am not even sure my taste buds would recognize any gluten baked goods .
  11. I make my own salad dressing: 2/3 thirds sunflower oil and 1/3 third plain rice vinegar Add Salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground oregano to taste. Shake before putting on the salad.
  12. Most of time I eat gluten free cereal with milk (not casien free) and juice. If we are out of either the cereal or the milk I simply see what is available that is quick and easy regardless of whether or not it is a traditional breakfast meal.

  15. My cats eat Prescription Hills k/d which does not have any gluten ingredients. The k/d formula is for cats with kidney problems. I have not had any problems with this cat food.

  22. Thank you for sharing this information. It's nice to know Campbell's has some Gluten Free Products. I have not looked at Campbell's products in years because I never found a gluten free one when I read the ingredients.
  23. Malt comes from barley which contains gluten. You can find corn flakes without malt. I find mine at Wild Oats or health food stores.
