  11. hi, i decided to use a colon cleans that was supposed to last 10 days, it was herbal and i thought this would be good, ugh, if i want D i would rather eat pizza and drink beer, cause thats all it gave me was the trotts. i stopped after 3 days and threw the rest out. this may not be the experience for everyone, but was for me.   12. i have noticed how much healthier you eat. lots more fruits and veggies, dairy dosnt bother me so i drink and eat a lot more, so lots of calcium in my diet. i eat smaller more frequent meals which is better for you, and no more mcdonalds! i still have some treats in my fridge (brownies from a great bakery in BC) but very little prosecced food in the house...
  13. i have an elliptical runner, i get on it 5X a week for about 30min, 20 min of incline and 10 of just pure running, i have sore knees if im not careful and have had no problems on this, i know that its a good workout becuase i got out on a track at the local university and was able to run 45 minutes and ran stairs as well and felt good, i also run outside...
