  1. Yes, I'll check tomorrow on the Klinghardt site. Sherry
  2. Tested really well for the andrographis, both my body and effectiveness against Bb and co-infections. I've been on since Feb. Ups and downs I have had all along since gluten-free, worse since December. Sherry
  3. What fantastic news! Now if the new guidelines would just cover alternative and herbal treatments!!!!! Here's a link I found that has a nice overview of lyme, and talks about HBO therapy. I've been looking into this a little bit because I found out that HBO is readily available here in China. Don't know prices yet though. I'd love any input you...
  4. With magnesium, part of it is what your body can tolerate and absorb as there are several types of preparation. I am unable to take some forms like MgSO4 in tablets. Currently I am taking it in a buffered C powder by Thorne, and in a dissolvable powder form called Natural Calm. Hope this helps.
  5. Ha ha...I'm not alone it seems. But I keep hoping it will sink in after many repetitions. Sherry
  6. Constipation and detox treatment from my Chinese friends: If you can handle raw foods this might work. They take 2 stalks of celery, about 4-5 inches of carrot, an apple, 4-5 inches of cucumber, 1/2 green pepper, and 4-5 inches of "bitter melon", all cleaned, pealed, etc., and blend it with a little water into a pulpy juice. Drink this within 15 minutes...
  7. Little Miss, great to have an answer! And you continue to just fit right in with this group as so many of us do have lyme. Carla, hope the herx lessens very soon. Sounds rough. I keep wondering if my symptoms are an almost constant herx on the andrographis. Andrea, that's still a low dose of magnesium. Wish I could give you the numerous bottles...

  10. I'd push for 6-8 weeks myself, after suffering for so many years undiagnosed and still battling lyme after 7.5 years of abx. My thinking is the abx is much better to be on than the drugs for arthritis, etc. which are even worse on the body. Also, you could consider the all herbal protocol if you want to avoid abx, at least it might be worth a try. ...
  11. Kassandra, the Travacor that I am taking (neurotransmitter support) is REALLY helping with my sleep. Maybe that is something that can be tried or those levels checked. Carla, glad you figured out why you are seeing things. Amazing you still have stuff after two rounds of humaworm. I need to think about doing this again, but maybe I'll wait until I get...
  12. I agree with this, just think you can increase both the C and Mag until it works. Andrea--yes to this! Please take care of yourself. Could you do some legumes? They are cheap, high fiber and filling. Lentils maybe? Pacific brand has this wonderful red lentil curry soup, and it was so good I have looked for a few recipes. I haven't found red lentils...
  13. Andrea, I hope things get better soon. Lisa, have you increased your magnesium? My doc told me to try increasing it every 3-4 days until it works. Maybe this preparation blocks magnesium absorption?? Sherry
  14. Thanks Julie and everyone else for your suggestions. Wayne's blisters are not painful, just itchy like hives. He doesn't have any creepy crawly sensations like some with parasites. I did write to Humaworm, I'll see what they say. My hubby is worried it might be skin cancer but I don't think that sounds like what it is. He won't be excited about repeating...
  15. I'm another one who gained weight. The only way I could lose weight was on a very low carb diet which of course was also lower in gluten. But I didn't make the connection. When I went Gluten-free Casein-free, I didn't have a lot of abdominal symptoms, mainly the big C. After 3 months I also went soy free. I lost some weight right away, but especially...
  16. Joni, I think these are good supplements to start with and see if they help. If not, you might need to explore more. I have pretty severe malabsorption but didn't know that right away. My body is also very very picky about supplements. I am now getting my B vitamins by shots which is helping. It has been a challenge to figure everything out. I...
  17. yes I have that, but I have a lot of other things going on so am not sure it is for the same reason. I am curious though because I suspect my grown daughter to also have celiac, she has yet to admit it, LOL. But she complained as a child all the time about her legs hurting.
  18. I now call myself celiac as well and so does my doctor. I didn't have the blood work or a biopsy because I was overseas when I got my Enterolab results, see below. These results, plus dietary response, plus my highest risk for celiac (I have double copies of the celiac gene), plus a suspicious endoscopy that showed no "folds" in the duodenum that was...
  19. My word, what came up under skin parasites was horrifying. I didn't know about all of this stuff. Maybe that is what he has. Sherry
  20. I really needing some suggestions for what to do to help my husband. We've had a totally weird experience and are at a loss. Beginning in Feb (right after our return to the USA and about the time he started humaworm and I finished), we both got itchy necks. He also got an itchy patch on one leg, that started first. The leg looks like dry skin but with...
  21. Kassandra, I'll be interested in what he says. I don't usually feel like I can't breathe and don't have the racing heartbeat. Just incredible fatigue, brain fog, and when I try to take a deep breath, that sensation of tightness. I've been afraid to use my inhaler because it might be a steroid. I thought maybe when I took my antihistamine it got a little...
  22. April, I agree with the advice given here. Even at best, Igenex is what, 30% inaccurate? Wow, Carla, I didn't realize how much was going on before you treated for the bart. With the babesia, could those of you who get it describe the air hunger? How is that different from asthma? The asthma I get is a "silent" form, no wheezing is audible. The...
  23. Paula, that is such good news! That could have been me...but I discovered in time that the setting was loose and put my ring in a safe place until I can get it repaired.
  24. Welcome Little Miss! Yes hang in there for the ride because you probably will feel worse for awhile, hopefully not for too long! It took me 8 months on abx to start to see any change and we kept questioning the diagnosis. I'm so glad I stuck with it because eventually it made a huge difference. Your list of symptoms is impressive! Hopefully...
  25. Spunky, I really appreciate your post because this is exactly what I have been experiencing. I am just beyond the one year mark, and the ups and downs have been extremely frustrating. I've even copied and pasted this part of your post to save--just needed the encouragment to hang in there.
