Celaics, Hashimotos, Anemia

You may want to include a B Complex, as some B vitamins rely on there being enough of other B vitamins to be absorbed properly. I'm nut sure if you found our articles yet on research related to thyroid issues and celiac disease: /celiac-disease/celiac-disease-amp-related-diseases-and-disorders/thyroid-pancreatic-disorders-and-celiac-disease/ -
can't gain weight ????
Scott Adams replied to fllstuart77's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
A lot of people here have used gluten-free protein powder to help gain more muscle mass, which is heavier than fat. Adding more calories to your diet by snacking more often is another way that should help. -

Any chance you’re getting hidden gluten in your diet? Do you eat at restaurants? This article might be helpful: -
Traveling after a celiac diagnosis

Mariposa Bakery is about as trustworthy as they get. They've been around for a long time and I've never heard of issues with their products. -
can't gain weight ????
Scott Adams replied to fllstuart77's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
So it's not clear from your post what your goal is, are you trying to gain more weight? If so, there are lots of higher calorie foods that can help. -
Do you by chance mean "Olmesartan"? We've done a couple of articles on this. It doesn't trigger celiac disease, but can cause villous atrophy, so that someone could be misdiagnosed with celiac disease:

Unfortunately your doctor may not be up on the latest research on this: -
Welcome to the forum! I have family members who are very into Qi Gong. Like yoga or other forms of Eastern meditation and exercise, I'm sure it would be a very healthy way to exercise both your mind and body. Hopefully, though, you're not intending this as an alternative to a gluten-free diet, but in addition to one, right?

In the UK presently they are diagnosing celiac disease if a blood test results is 10x the threshold level for celiac disease, which you have here in the first result that you shared. A biopsy may not be required in your case, but definitely discuss this with your doctor, and don't go gluten-free until all tests are completed.

If there was a bread with "gluten-free" on the package, but it contained wheat as an ingredient, you should definitely report that to the store's manager. Do you recall what bread it was? It's clearly mis-labelled, and therefore dangerous.

GI symptoms not going away
Scott Adams replied to Kate1990's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I take this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NSXBYVV because it includes Bifidobacterium Lactis Infantis, and we've summarized lots of research that indicates it can be helpful in celiacs: https://www.celiac.com/search/?q=Bifidobacterium&quick=1&type=cms_records2 You might also consider the amino acid tryptophan. -

Bioresonance Testing?
Scott Adams replied to Hev75's topic in Celiac Disease Pre-Diagnosis, Testing & Symptoms
I am also skeptical of this "bioresonance" testing. To me it sounds like classic pseudo science, and I doubt there have been any scientific studies done on it to show that it is effective: However, non-celiac gluten sensitivity is a real thing that has been studied, and fairly recently described as a separate condition from celiac disease. So far... -

Most of the research we've summarized over 25 years does indicate that even celiacs who are asymptomatic do still have the same risks as those with symptoms, including but not limited to a higher risk of intestinal lymphoma (cancer), as well as lots of related diseases and disorders like Type 1 diabetes. Is it possible that others around you are not...

Hopping Between Physical GI Symptoms and DH
Scott Adams replied to Moonchild94's topic in Dermatitis Herpetiformis
Welcome to the forum! So if I understand your post correctly, you've never been diagnosed with celiac disease or DH, but you've noticed some skin blistering that may be associated with gluten consumption. If this is correct, and you are still consuming gluten, now would be a good time for you to get a blood panel test for celiac disease. In a perfect world...
