Metallic taste means metal toxic and may be why you can't get rid of those "buggers" (read bottom link) One of those links I posted: Open Original Shared Link said: (I don't know how to copy/paste, sorry) Quote: mercury and toxic metals block enzymes required to digest milk casein and wheat gluten, resulting in dumping morphine like substances in the... -
Hi, I am looking for your favorite gluten-free/egg free/dairy free muffin, biscuit and (fluffy)pancake recipes for my dd. I have used ener G egg replacer. Picky clues: She hates coconut, blueberries, zucchini, lemon, oatmeal, onions, and peppers. Not crazy about raisins, carrots, applesauce and cooking with apples. She loves potatoes...

I tried the sweet potato and black bean enchiladas, really good. And the breakfast brownies...a regular at our house and you can put all kinds of yummy things in them like pumpkin seeds and chopped dates. Make a batch and while the dry ingredients are out, bag up some for a future batch. The pueblo bread wasn't so good except when it first came out of the... -

So far I read not to drink hot liquids, don't rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide and breath in thru the nose and out thru the mouth(if you can remember ). Funny, b/c I hate hydrogen peroxide and I rinsed with it once just before I read about not doing it. And I hate hot drinks. I only have hot cocoa once per year and last week I had it 3 times,... -

ARCHIVED Wheat Allergy?
purple replied to Bridy's topic in Parents, Friends and Loved Ones of Celiacs
My 17 yr old dd had wheat a couple of days ago and her keratosis pilaris flared up. Then a day of no signs. Yesterday she had a rice mix that had wheat in it and this morning she said her head itched alot. She has been about 80% gluten-free, so now she has to be gluten-free like her sis (she's gluten intolerant). Plus she is vegan. Vegan/gluten-free is extremely... -

Enchiladas Open Original Shared Link I used a can of green chile salsa, then adjusted the recipe to what I had on hand. It was very good. Just to give you an idea and a pic of what the tomato free enchiladas look like. You can also make chicken enchiladas. Leave out salsa/toms and use the green chile salsa if desired. I found this one: Open Original... -

Can you do dairy? My family loves Alfredo sauce on pizza. You could use it in place of spaghetti sauce and for the lasagna. You might find a sub on here: Open Original Shared Link -
I was reading a link on the B12 tonite. It said vegans/vegetarians shouldn't be low in B12 unless they have an intestinal problem. Which is why celiacs are low, so yeah, you may need some B12 or check into it at least.

I read today about many of the things Rachel just posted. I will add that if you find a doc very knowledgeable about lyme disease, he would probably be good too. Mercury and lyme can go hand in hand like autism does. I also just read that mercury needs to come out slowly not with mega doses of chelation. The guy also said he didn't believe chlorella is so... -

I read the same thing. Worse after the early 70's. I read that someone was healed after their root canal was removed. Someone else felt better after their amalgams were removed but then felt bad again and they found 2 more amalgams that were overlooked. -
