Its really hard to find food she likes but she's been doing it for 4 months by choice not because of health problems. She wants to take control of her health before she gets sick. Her sis, age 20, is gluten-free. Milk...

  10. I saw a gluten version on recipezaar that you could try to convert. I think it took less than 3 cups of flour. You could try 1/2 a recipe. I buzzed over there again and saw lots...maybe one could work for you, needs to be converted of course...there is even one done in a bread machine with lots of reviews.

  19. Last night I took some vanilla wafers ("Cooking Free" recipe) out of the freezer and put PB between them. Then I melted choc chips to cover the sandwiches, chilled them to harden the chocolate. I didn't get to try them but my dd said they were really good several times. I have to make more soon. These would be gluten-free/df/egg free.
  20. I would suggest using parchment paper, then let the cookies cool on it while loading up cookies on more paper. Or spray the pan?? More xanthan gum?? I made the egg free version (applesauce as a sub). The first batch tried to crumble so I let them cool a bit before removing them. They were fragile but hardened after cooling. They were so yummy there wasn...
  21. Question, does Better Batter flour have rice or sorghum or both in it? Our store only carries Bob's Red Mill brand flours and small bags of Pamela's. I prefer a sorghum mix or sorghum/rice mix rather than rice by itself. A premade mix would be sooo much faster! Thanks!!
  22. Sweet rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch and of course xanthan gum to go with those flours.
  23. Mine is Bob's Red Mill from our co-op, we don't have a Whole Foods store.
  24. Has your dd tried almond, hemp or hazelnut milk?
  25. I am thinking you may need some fish oil supplements.
