  20. Coconut oil is good on toast. It doesn't taste like butter but I love to pop popcorn in it w/o any butter added, just use plenty. Some people dip or brush bread with olive oil. I started using lite olive oil in some recipes. Spectrum shortening is a sub for butter in baking.
