  1. I just put a ball of dough in each greased muffin tin for rolls. For buns you can do the foil trick. Fold a 12" strip of regular-size foil lengthwise to make a 1" wide strip. Secure ends together with masking tape to form ring. Spray inside with Pam. I forgot how full to fill them. Try 1/2 full. There is a thread on here called Quick, Easy, Tastey bread...
  2. Interesting cancer topic to read: Open Original Shared Link A neighbor started taking vit B17 that had 6 months to live (his cancer was bad and he was a diabetic, he ate deep fried foods and diet pop for years) and he lived a year past that. The docs and nurses said it was b/c of the B17. I have an address for it. The USA wont sell it b/c it works...

  6. Questions for you or anyone...how can the bread and wine be Jesus' actual body and blood when he wasn't dead yet? Sounds symbolic with spiritual significance to me. Strong's concordance, Greek for communion #2842=koinonia= partnership, participation, social intercourse, benefaction, to communicate, communion, distribution, fellowship (where does it say...
  7. Here is an amazing recipe for crusty and soft french bread that you can make 2 sub loaves with or buns or rolls or croutons or bread stick or slices (not the normal way )or... recipezaar#180306 It tastes and smells great. I formed 2 loaves on a cookie sheet and smoothed them on the edges with a knife. There are 42 reviews, be sure to read them all for...
  8. I have a friend that uses oil of oregano for everything. She also uses lavendar essential oil. You could try putting coconut oil or Bragg's apple cider vinegar on it. It could burn like crazy but smashed raw garlic kills all sorts of things, just rub it on.
  9. Research corticosteriods. I read a couple of things on it. They reduce your ability to fight diseases by suppressing the immune system. www.glutenfreeworks.com/gluten_sensitivity.php lupus.webmd.com/coticosteriods-for-lupus There alot of side effects that a celiac doesn't need.
  10. Stuff for tacos/nachos- you can use Rotel tomatoes if you don't have fresh. Refried beans, avocados, olives, salsa, McCormick taco seasoning, cheese, beef or chicken, onions (already in Rotel). Use tortilla chips or hard corn taco shells. Spaghetti-ground beef or chicken, spaghetti sauce(I use Prego traditional style), Tinkyada spaghetti Chicken alfredo...

  12. I went to our co-op last week and they just got in 5 or 6 Pamela's products. You might ask a local health food store or farmers market to see if they can order it. We don't have a Whole Foods or Traders.
  13. I started using the same ones as Sweetfudge at first and still use them. But now I mostly use Carol's flour blend. Sorghum has more fiber and protein than rice flour and it works great in baked goods. No gritty texture. 1 1/2 cups sorghum 1 1/2 cups potato starch or cornstarch 1 cup tapioca flour Then I add ground flax seed, either a tsp. or a T. to...
  14. I use the recipe from eatingglutenfree.com Called: soft batch(chocolate chip). The sugar cookie recipe is good too. Both take pudding mix.
  15. I made this fresh berry pie...recipezaar#274472...Thanks to whoever posted the recipe! We have tons of wild berries growing in the mountains nearby. I call them wild black raspberries. 17. Could someone please tell me what the ingredients are in Pamela's gluten-free flour mix. Also what's your favorite premade-store bought flour mix? Our store only sells Bob's and Arrowhead Mills. I have only tried Bob's. I normally make up my own mixes. I see so many recipes for Pamela's. Just wondering...Thanks so much for your reply!
  18. You can lose enzymes as you get older so you need more with age. More fresh fruits and veggies.
  19. I am sorry, I thought the question was in general not specific with brand name listed. I looked at the fruit and thought fresh, canned, dried or frozen is what was after b/c it didn't state fresh only. There are canned fruits that have gluten. Dried fruits can have gluten. Same with the meat. Some nuts can have gluten. Brand names was not specified in the...
