    For me - removing all grains, dairy, legumes,, nightshades and histamines was essential - my digestive system was destroyed by decades of undiagnosed Celiac Disease. We are all different - my nutrient levels are all better than ever without these foods. I am actually absorbing vitamins and minerals from mmy food and no longer need supplementation. ...

    Absolutely. Well the world did not end and during a long chat with one of my sons while we walked through the woods today -- today was believed to be a day of re-birth that the earth would undoubtedly need about now -- sounds about right

    ditto as Mushroom for me except I currently have no grains...I think she was able to get a couple back. when I challenged I did it one food item with one week apart -- only grain that I did not react to was rice -- but later did have to remove it as well. am currently waiting a solid year from when I removed rice again to try attempt any challenges

    Oakland airport - under second delay - one of the few times I love that I always carry my own food is in airports and on planes. Tonight I had delicious salmon jerky - side note I figured out yummy marinade with my limited ingrediants - gala apple slices dipped in fresh roasted almond butter. Even had dessert "cocoa bliss" - little sqeeze packette I found...

    No soda for me for past 15 months -- but will start with really good root beer - mexican coke after that! Dinner was turkey soup - ya same batch from turkey numero uno - except i got to watch the grand kids slurping it up - my 3 year old asked if the noodles were gluten-free - God love this smart little chickadee
