Lisa, I'm with you... If I want meat that tastes like animal food then I may eat at Taco Bell!!!!! YUK!!!!!!! There are so many places to get a Taco now days that are actually good... Way to much CC at Taco Bell...plus some of them united with Pizza Hut ....

As an old timer with celiac I can't see how flours are wasted.. Just keep them int the freezer & you always have them on hand.. You may still be healing , for some it can take up to two years or even more. Cashews & pistachio's are two nuts that give me trouble. SO it may not be that you were glutened but just don't tolerate pistachio's...
