  7. You mentioned oatmeal & cream of wheat... How about cream of rice or cream of buckwheat?Both gluten-free... Teff also can be made into a nice hot cereal.There are several other hot gluten-free cereals available as well.... And we do have gluten-free oatmeal but I suggest you not try that for a year or more...

John is a chef , his wife has celiac & he was a contestant on Iron Chef a few years ago..They are what you would find in a high-end restaurant.....expensive but excellent Conte's is a good pierogi but nothing like De Puma's......... hth..

As your intestinal tract heals you will be more healthy as you will be actually absorbing te nutrients from the gluten-free food you eat... before going gluten-free your body was not getting any nutrients from the food you ate, so in turn your thin & not wanting to eat anything... How about fruit kabobs, cheese & deli meat roll-ups., marshmallow snowmen, Christmas mice cookies, gluten-free chex snack mix,, when we did this we made for everyone in the class.......another is sugar cookies (gluten-free, of cours) & ready made icing & jimmies & all the kids decorated a cookie themselves.

  22. We love stuffing made with whole foods bread. I use the sandwich white, some sundried tomato & a few slices of any rye..The variety adds an extra hint of flavor...I saute onions/ celery in butter, add a couple of beaten eggs , spices & chicken brothor turkey to it & bake... yummy

For me Culturelle did nothing for me good or bad...align was about the same for me....So find one for yourself that works for your body....And switch off to another brand that helps.
