  12. miralax is a safe non habit forming medication... its things like "EXLAX" & things like that , they are habit forming & one can become addicted so to speak. Plus they can make a weak colon stop trying all together..I would stay clear of those drugs.... another one is mineral oil which is a safe one. But again...

  14. Just get back on tract, clean wholesome gluten-free foods. And stick to it....its okay to have a few snacks & sweets now & then as a treat but it isn't good , only for weight gain to eat these type of foods gluten free or not... Think WILLPOWER....... feel better soon....

You should drink half your body weight in ounces in water daily. ie weight 100# then ypu should have 50 ounces of pure water per day . ie: five swallows every half hour or so.. Drinking water by an 8 ounce glass will do nothing ...

  17. Look for things with no gluten. Wheat free does not mean gluten free so look for gluten free.......there are many gluten-free frozen meals to choose from...Not sure which pitas you purchased but if they are gluten-free you should be okay.... gluten sensitivities vary greatly among us some not so sensitive others very sensitive...

This is a great site for learning what is going on in our food chain. . an eye-opener for many... we are constantly challenging our bodies with the foods we eat...our livers are over worked...that is why we all need...
  20. yes, it has been the only thing that worked for angio lymphatic edema. I got this reaction when I was put on levothyroxine. Now this isn't common for most to have this happen to them but I'm a super sensitive person. I react to many drugs in severe ways... And I agree with Gottski most start out with a pill form of B-12 then after a recheck...
  21. I take a B-12 shot weekly. I use for for edema.... works wonderful.... The usual dosage is monthly for low B-12... The reference range is quite large but one needs to keep their B-12 in the 700's or a tad higher... I don't have the reference range in front of me but I think it starts around 300 & goes to...
  22. I too would never go back to eating gluten for a test esp. if I felt a difference.. For children I feel different, they need the documentation for food at school but for adults well we are adults & we know when we feel better....You do need more protein.. a balanced diet. Too many carbs & you get carb overload...

  24. yes, you are right eating healthy is very expensive. The old saying is "we are what we eat"....so if we are junk eaters are bodies will not be as healthy as another who watches the foods they eat. In today's world there is so much bacteria , chemicals & sprays that we unknowingly are poisoning are bodies...
