this year girl scouts do have a gluten-free cookie ! It is sold in certain regions of the US..... You can look on their site for the specific regions..... Next if you Google gluten-free thin mints, samosa's & so , several blogs have cloned most of if not all girl scout cookies to be gluten-free.... hth -

You already got some good advice.....find a good support group in your area & latch onto an old devoted strict celiac to help you through the learning phase....You can find support group info through the CSA, Gluten intolerance group. & many others.... -

sorry I can't answer about the GNC product. But I do know there are many protein drinks & bars that are gluten-free.....we like whey to go protein shakes.. another is Dr Siskind protein shakes. These are the two we enjoy... Bars: pure fit, quest, uber , comfort bars again our favs.... -

I agree I don't think your dishwasher can gluten you.. But scratched pots & pans ( stoneware could) ... Also look for other sources, besides the double dipping issue, pet food, cat, dog, bird.....hidden ingredient gluten which should not be a big problem with the new labeling laws! Okay I have a different approach... my gluten hubby eats mostly gluten-free but if he wants wheat bread it goes out on the open porch in summer or else in the outside garage in the winter months.......that is where the wheat breadmaker lives!!!!! I agree Russo's is soooo good. I haven't seen it in any stores in my area yet... I meet Chef Russo at the Food Expo East... I lucked out & he gave me five gluten-free pizzas for sampling my support group.....Now we wait for Russo's to spread their wings!!!!
