    I'm really careful so my opinion is if you heated in the microwave & the sides are rough from the food & in the micro I would donate them to a gluten person & get new. For me its not worth getting a gluten-free family member sick over a plastic bowl. Plastic is so easily scratched...

    One more vote for the kitchen aid mixer....it is a work horse .Cheaper mixers may be cheaper but wil not hold up to the gluten-free dough....so if you go cheaper then it may blow out the motor & you will be re-peating buying over ...     Are you sure these are not scabies? They can get long red lines , as the mites travel in a line & usually appear on the legs, ankles first. One can get them from sitting on a cloth public chair,... Not hard to contact... They are similar to lice in kids hair... There is a prescription cream that is applied to the whole body to rid the body of them...
