  5. I too learned this the hard way. I read the ingredient list every single time, even if I just bought the same item yesterday. It might be from a different lot from a different facility or the formulation may have changed between lots.

  9. I'm super sensitive and I have been eating them as well (though not the Cinnamon ones). I would strongly suggest you get to a Dr. You could simply have broken a blood vessel, or you could have torn something from vomiting and have internal bleeding. Better safe than sorry. I would not wait it out for something like that.
  10. I developed neuropathy and myoclonus after going gluten-free. Turned out I developed an allergy to Soy which was causing CNS inflammation and damage. Refined sugars in any form cause my RLS to reappear.

  23. Because I react so strongly to soy I have found that I can eat very few factory canned or processed meats. We buy fresh chicken, fish, beef, pork, spend a Saturday to BBQ, broil, or bake as appropriate, and the freeze meal sized portions. A single Saturday can prepare our lunches and dinner meat for a month or more when we do it ahead like that.
