    I also use probiotics all the time.They are extremely beneficial for the body. I take capsules every day. Right now I use Kyo-Dophilus probiotics. They work extremely well for me.     They would only detect an allergy if there was a true allergy...maybe you are not allergic but are just sensitive to it...did you have an allergy or intolerance test done?

    The symptoms do sound like those of celiac but it can be hard to tell for sure from that alone because there are over 200 symptoms with celiac and some people get none at all.     Both of those candies are gluten free. 99.9% of the time these flavorings are gluten free but you still have to check when you see that unless it is a brand that will not hide anything, like Kraft.

    Yeah, I'm sure you can easily find out. If they are not,maybe calling or writing to the government to say they should have that law to make it easier for celiacs and then explain...it can't hurt

    It is definitely possible to have celiac for a long period of time and not know about it. I think the average is 11 years until a diagnosis.     Yes, kelloggs contains gluten but there are great alternatives. Envirokidz has some gluten free cereals(the ones that are gluten free are marked on the front) Also, fruity and cocoa pebbles by Post are gluten free

    There are soups that are gluten free that you can buy in stores that are like Campbells. I usually eat Chicken Rice soup by Sheltons...it says gluten free right on it. There are different brands out there of soups that are easy to just pop in to make when you are feeling bad. You can make soups too...my mom makes some really good soup but there are easy...
