  1. Not anymore... Analyzing my life makes me unhappy! Lol But making stupid jokes makes me happy! So I guess I am back to happy!
  2. Kissing a filthy gluten mouth.
  3. In all seriousness - we had a post and the company was taking really good measures to be gluten-free. I saw that and my brain has no space for extra stuff, so all it contains is "Talenti labelled gluten-free - Yeah". I guess you could google on here and see if you found it?
  4. I would go to a golf tournament if they fed me safely! We are doing burgers on the grill, corn o the cob and steak fries.
  5. Nope... not safe at all - better pass those bars to me for disposal. I haven't seen the bars, but I eat the gelato. Many of us do.
  6. Bowling. Picnics. Walks. Kayaking. Movies. Places that play music - you don't have to drink. Juice shops. Play pool. Swimming. Fishing. Boating. Rent a paddle boat or board at a local lake. You can go to bars to socialize and dance.
  7. Oooo! Oooo! Let me stab you!
  8. Why only 2 weeks? You have been around for a couple of years. I don't remember your history but..... Edit - I just connected your posts. You don't have celiac disease and eat small amounts of gluten Perhaps the more energy is placebo effect? Or maybe you are just eating less heavy stuff like bread and pasta & eating more healthy?
  9. I usually don't roll my enchiladas. It's easier to layer them like lasagna.
  10. Weren't you waiting on an endoscopy or something and supposed to be eating gluten? Or is that done?
  11. They used to sell the powdered cheese in a little container. I think they may have stopped.....
  12. Yay for purple tomatoes! We had nachos and refried black beans.
  13. I have only used lasagna noodles this way. Haven't seen mini lasagna noodles. I have made minestrone in the crockpot. Then I add the noodles the last half hour.
  14. I'm not understanding what this means " the packaging may not be" gluten-free? If the ibuprofen or acetomenphin says its gluten-free, then it is. Take something for the headache! Hard to think with a headache.
  15. I just looked at your blog about the colonoscopy. I don't see any. Maybe it's just on your computer now.
  16. The lasagna is very pizza like. No crispy crust, but the same flavors - cheese, marinara, sausage, etc.
  17. What I am trying to say is - there is no gluten/Celiac reason for not eating cauliflower or fruit. Celiacs can eat them. When you are first healing, you may find a lot of things are hard to digest. That does not mean that other Celiacs cannot eat them. And you may find that you have a problem or allergy to a food that is separate from Celiac disease....
  18. I'm not really sure what your mean that you can't have fruit or cauliflower? With Celiac disease you can't have gluten that is found in wheat, rye and barley. Oats need to be certified gluten-free. Some people find that dairy is hard to digest for the first few months. And there are many adults in the world, with or without Celiac, that cannot digest...
  19. https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/75238-the-whats-for-dinner-tonight-chat/page-516#entry908509 2nd recipe. I think the right amount of fresh spinach is 2 layers- just enough to overlap but not more than 2 leaves thick. the top layer no spinach.
  20. If they did a Celiac panel, then, like Cycling said, wait for the answers. If it is negative, you may need to do an elimination diet. There are lots of ways to do this but the basic premise is - eat a few simple foods you know you are good with. Feel well on these for a few weeks and then add something else in for a week and see. That is the basic...
  21. Could you put the other gene test results? Seems like there should be more than just this? For Celiac you should have DQ2 and DQ8 looked for. Or were they negative?
  22. Maybe go to the website & check the map?
  23. if gluten bothers you, then you should certainly not eat it, even though it appears you do not have celiac disease. You could be sensitive to gluten for other reasons.
