    YOU said he came up with something that was all over the news about a study saying there was no celiac. It was referring to NCGS, not celiac. He may not know the difference.

Lol They can do an endo 3 times in a day in an emergency....they did my moms when they thought she was healed. Why would they do yours if you say you are still in pain?

They think she swallowed a potato chip that wasn't well chewed and it made a cut - that got infected, etc. She had to take stuff like Prilosec because any stomach acid that hit the sore spot/ulcer would keep it from healing.     I don't know about the other things you have had done, but, from what I have seen, an endoscopy with biopsies heals within 2 weeks. The size of the biopsy is teeny tiny, so it really doesn't bother you. Seems like the other problems you have may take a while to heal?

    They have no label? I don't think it is common to put wheat on fries, but I never eat anything I don't know the ingredients of. How did you buy them with no label? Maybe the place you bought them could tell you the ingredients?

    sorry. I looked at that link wrong. You have a really good Celiac center there - Univ of Chicago Celiac Center. The head is a pediatric GI, I think.

    Food sensitivity tests are not tests for Celiac and have little validity so I doubt an MD would go with those results. I see you live in the KC area. Children's Mercy has a Celiac center. Did you get the actual Celiac tests run by your MD?

    It does seem like an odd question. If she is going to this country to get arrested for her faith, she doesn't care about her life and health.

    I don't think that they make any gluten products.

    That isn't how the testing works. They use a test for <10 ppm. That does not mean it had 9 ppm. It just means it has less than 10. 0 is less than 10.

    You know they are tested at that level? I looked on the website and couldn't tell so I have emailed them. Also, some certified gluten-free are tested at <20 ppm. that does not mean that they have 19 ppm. they could have 1 ppm or 0

    I won't drink it because they cannot prove it does not contain gluten. The government has even said they cannot call their beer gluten free until there is a reliable test for it.

    We have had this posted here several times in the last few days. You might want to look at those discussions. The fact is NCGS is just a blanket term. There are many causes of NCGS - a couple articles we have had on here recently include un- dxed Celiacs and FODMAP sensitive ( wheat is a big FODMAP food).     She wasn't asking about oats. Sorry, but I think that just confuses things. When I called and talked to them last year, she explained the growing practices , harvesting and processing in detail. But some here didn't believe me, so I am not arguing. Many Celiacs eat Lundberg rice with no gluten issues.
