    The fact is that even something like carrots and ranch dip at someone else's house is risky. They may have rinsed the carrots in the pasta colander, for example.     They seperate the oats because some people with Celiac cannot eat oats. It effects them the same way as gluten. That is why we are told not to eat gluten-free oats until we have healed. That's why some people have said that maybe you are having problems with the granola because of the oats. The test for gluten can not say 0. They have to look for gluten...

    They also require gatorade & Mt Dew. I will have them talk endlessly about servos & regulators, fireworks & violent vidoe games. Then they can hit each other & burp!     Have 2 jellies, butter tubs, PB, etc. Put some bright colored tape on the gluten-free one & put your name on it. Anyone who misses hot pick tape with Jen on it is just inconsiderate or mean. Probably shouldn't be in your house.

    Depends on the pans. If they are scratched or porous, they could have gluten stuck in the cracks. Colanders that you use to drain pasta seem really hard to clean. The sticky gluteny pasta bits stick in the holes and are really hard to get out. You found cheese that says gluten-free on it? All cheese should be gluten-free unless it's a specialty thing...

    She has some other posts about GAPS curing autoimmune diseases, cancer & tooth cavities. I hope some idiot less knowledgable parent doesn't decide she/ he has cured their kid's diabetes or leukemia. I think she has completely mis-interpreted the book & the diet plan.
