  1. Good job! Now just pass it to all the mods and we can take over!
  2. We can't tell you our super secret mutiny plans! ( if we had any)
  3. I noticed that on the hearts. At Xmas time, I picked up some seasonal fruit flavored candy. The ingredients were fine - just what you would expect - sugar, fruit juice, etc. Then it said " contains wheat, eggs and dairy". None of those were in the ingredients. Didn't say "may" contain. The only way not to eat something that hasn't been thru some manufacturing...
  4. My boys have friends that LOVE TB. They want to like it, too. But they both hate it! I make better tacos and quesidillas at home.
  5. Idle hands are the devil's playground!
  6. Patti - I see they are building a Schar plant in NJ. Didn't say where. But its in NJ so it must be near you.
  7. We need to get all the mods "indisposed". Then we take over. I love the emoticons and the new drunk thread. Excellant ideas. I'm going out to get a pirate flag to fly after the mutiny. No Chex in Canada? After we take over C.com we will have to work on that! Haaaaaa! Power!
  8. Trying showing the derm this from the Univ of Chicago Celiac Center. Open Original Shared Link
  9. When I get done typing this I'm disinfecting the iPad! Me & you Em! Think of the changes we could make! No more nasty comments about my favorite things like Fritos Lay products and wine! Everyone must tell a joke, adopt a homeless pet & post in their jammies!
  10. Maybe he should take the rash to a dermatologist to get a biopsy next to the outbreak. My GYN nurse practitioner know more about celiac disease than the GI that did my endo. She suggested that we see younger GPs or internists. They are more likely to have been taught something about celiac disease.
  11. Take a look at this one. I haven't eaten there but noted it for when we go to Utah at Spring Break. Open Original Shared Link
  12. Did you talk Amurrican, two? J had the cold that is going around for about 2 hours. Matt coughed about 5 times. I guess there is some benefit to our over vigilant immune systems.
  13. Oh! thank goodness! I didn't want to be responsible for all that glutening! Robert Mondavi is rolling over in his grave at the thought of flour in his wine!
  14. 12 were actual registered users with names and the other 500 were guests. I hope no one expects me to cook for all those guests. The wine alone will be a mortgage payment or 2.
  15. Did they take attendance? I might have been here.
  16. Glad you're staying warm and clean!
  17. A few have some wheat flour in them. I get the yellow boxes Kitchen Basics.
  18. A lot of BBQ sauces are gluten-free but maybe not all. What brand did you use? I use a local brand and sometimes KC Masterpiece regular flavor which I saw somewhere is gluten-free. ( maybe their website?). I heard that Sweet baby rays brand is too. Open Original Shared Link
  19. Dry-aged beef is beef that has been hung to dry for several weeks. After the animal is slaughtered and cleaned, either an entire half will be hung, or primal cuts (large distinct sections) will be placed in a cooler, also known as a "hot box". This process involves considerable expense, as the beef must be stored at or near freezing temperatures. Also, only...
  20. Opening this thread back up cause I cooked something yummy. Lasagna, salad and carmel chocolate brownies with ice cream, Carmel &/ or fudge sauce. Also, red wine. Everyone at my house is happy. Teen boys don't care if the brownies are gluten-free or not.
  21. Hi Dixie! I believe you misunderstood this thread. This is not an actual recipe for a greasy type of pancake with fruit sauce but a suggestion to spice up a marriage.
  22. Happy Birthday, Loey? Hope your have a nice bathroom with a comfy pot!
