Self imposed nutritional deficits cause blindness in teen

Really? Once again you bring it down to one vitamin? Now it’s B2? The guy didn’t eat a lot of vitamins and minerals or protein or anything. Not sure how you would want to say it was just 1 that he was missing. -
I would say this is my best find for this week, but I can’t find it! Someone posted that they had found this Progresso gluten-free chicken and noodle soup. It’s new! They said it was tasty. It looks like Progresso may be changing out their labels. The stock of blue labels is dwindling at the grocery. Maybe they will close out sale some of the gluten-fre...

Made pizza the other night. Used rice tortillas for a super thin crust. Then used Chebe bread mix for the other. I made a white sauce and added cooked chicken and bacon and moz. Added a little Asiago ( that’s all I had) & some park to the crust. It came out soooooo yummmmmmy! -
Are you sharing a Mayo jar with a gluten eater? i have had the plain ones and been fine. I haven’t tried the new flavor or seen it yet. Mission has great gluten-free protocols. They take it seriously. Gluten doesn’t make me sick in an hour. For me? It takes a bit longer. It actually has to leave the stomach and get into the small intestine and...

Viactiv Calcium Chews

I didn’t say it was cc’d . A product can be certified gluten-free even if other things are made in the same place. They need to test it and have good procedures in place. the above topic is several years old, so I would check and see what the status of the current product is. -
That’s tough. I don’t know anything about the diet restrictions for gout. Can you at least switch up what you can eat? Like a baked potato instead of boiled? Scrambled eggs ? Baked chicken? If you can eat chicken can you eat turkey? Can you eat sweet potatoes? Might make life a little more pleasant?

Connection Between Grapes And Gluten?
kareng replied to Flyingmango's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut
That’s fine but all colors of grapes are gluten-free and fine for a Celiac. You might have some other problem with grapes. I almost always eat the red and purple grapes and not green -
I know what you mean. When I have lost a pet, it’s the same thing. You come home and you say hello. If you hear a noise, you look to see what the pet is doing. Now. You hear a noise and look and realize it’s just the refrigerator knocking or a grocery bag the A/C blew off the counter. The good news is, there are lots of different pets that nee...

As a Celiac - I guess I won’t go blind! Can’t eat Pringle’s, white bread & most French fries! ? -
I am in the US. I know in Europe Schar has some really hearty breads with seeds in them I love. But in the US. I think Canyon Bakehouse is about the best. And the least amount of junk. I love the bread a local bakery makes ( more expensive but nice to support local and its different). I put a small piece of parchment paper between every 2 slices and...

Actually envelope glue isn’t and hasn’t been made with flour for many many many years. It’s just too expensive and messy.

Not dinner - more of a brunch today. Made this. Very tasty. We added a cup of chopped multi color peppers and some red salsa on top at the end. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/sunny-anderson/sunnys-migas-verdes-5257076?soc=itksocialshareNotes|ios|p -

And he is right - you treat Celiac through diet. But if you stop the diet, it will come back.
