  5. your may need a digestive enzyme more than probiotic..Also, what are those "few, safe, products"? Around here i see it recommended to stay totally unprocessed at first, quite a few don't do so well with "gluten free" processed foods. Also, what about dairy? good luck.

  15. Probably won't gain much in hgt. "growing" also means "filing out" ie becoming more female shaped. she may well make five feet though.good luck
  16. You might try a holistic doc. The only "B" that I know for sure that allopathic docs inj is B12. Do you have low stomach acid? if you are over 40 it is more likely to not have enough, than to have too much. B12 sublingual, but also on an empty stomach, since most of it is swallowed in the saliva. I have a cast iron stomach, but even I can't do B-complex...
  17. Hmmm I think we be omnivores......
  18. cara, please make sure this doc's name is known in your local celiac community....
  19. That test for B12 wouldn't be accurate, assuming you were taking the supplement right up to the day the level was draw. Need to stop for several days before the blood is drawn. good luck
  20. I just read that eggs, pork, and onions are common food allergens r/t "gallbladder attacks".....though any food can be suspect.
  21. I think the poster meant cooked together, ie as a vegetable side dish?
  22. try to increase your vegetable intake. and water.
  23. remember that most labs still use articficially low "low" readings on B12 levels. It should be over 500. Methylmalonic acid/homocysteine are prob. better tests...
