It's funny how we're all different. The fiber from all the whole fruit and veggies and coconut flour bread is doing wonders for my digestion. My stomach wasn't in that bad shape though. I'm looking for neuro and autoimmunity benefits. -

TTG antibodies can show up in Crohn's and microscopic colitis as well as celiac. Anti-DGP can be negative. Have your doctors ruled those out? Yes, it can. Gfpirate has given you some bad advice. You need to keep eating gluten until you have your celiac testing done. The celiac tests all rely on finding the antibodies and damage that gluten causes. If you go gluten-free right now you will never get a firm diagnosis. With the amount of pain you're experiencing, it sounds like at least the CAT scan is a good idea. Hopefully you won't have to move forward with anything more invasive. Grain fed meat is safe, and milk where the cows are fed wheat is also safe. You don't bleed orange juice when you drink it - it is broken down in your stomach and the components make your muscle, blood, and bone. Same with animals. -

Yes, plus remember there is some variation between measurements. That quick disappearance of antibodies in some people is why it's so hard to catch celiac once someone goes gluten-free. Others struggle to get rid of the TTG with a super-strict diet so be glad yours are going down fast! -

Tell him to bugger off and save yourself another month of illness and autoimmune damage. One positive test and the rest negative could conceivably be a lab error, but not high positives on the full celiac panel! If he suspects a lab error and wants to retest you, what is the point of waiting a month? Stupid doctors... You almost certainly have celiac... -

I'm not juicing. I prefer my fruit and veggies whole because they're more filling and the fiber really helps my GI system function smoothly. I'm doing GAPS. I am not using anything unusual other than a crockpot for simmering broth. I would not be comfortable sleeping or leaving the house with the gas range turned on and it takes all day (or overnight) to get good broth. I use a wooden spoon with a comfortable handle and stir hard. Gluten-free doughs usually aren't stiff enough to knead but as RiceGuy mentions you can always stick your hand in the bowl and mash/squish until it's mixed. -
Poor exercise tolerance and hair loss are classic hypothyroid symptoms. It's possible you were hypothyroid before you went gluten-free and the diet helped for a time. Make sure your Dr. reads your TSH on the new reference range. It should be between 0.5-2.5.

Wild. I had no idea dogs could get celiac. So, dogs can get celiac and they are a creature that really shouldn't eat grains in the first place. Does that extend to humans? Are we not really supposed to be eating grains?
