the vit D-3 i bought (cvs) contains soy. soy causes inflammation for me. asked doc to switch it, so he gave me a script for D-2 that i can take once per week <still contained soy! but at least it's only once per week.... have you tried keeping a food journal? helpful to track down 'offending' foods, etc, and especially since when i get glutened... -

i use the king arthur flour as well. i like bette hagman's pie crust recipe https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/81964-best-pie-crust/ sub in the KA, and i use real butter. real cooold butter it freezes really well, too! -

maybe somebody on a soy intolerance web forum would be able to help you better? you seem to have a terrible problem with soy! it doesn't seem like we are any help at all to you - most of us have varying degrees of allergies and intolerances to other things. you might want to keep a food journal. my soy reaction is similar but NOT a gluten reaction to... -

last night our youngest rolled us a whole mess of sushi spicy crab, smoked salmon <philadelphia type roll) shrimp tempura = yummmz! she is the sushi chef at her grocery store, so she was all showing off her skills. they had the nori (seaweed) wrapper, and she used rice spring roll wrappers and fresh spinach for mine. i have not had sushi in four years... -

i drink tea it's just plain red rose, but i'm fine with it. i'm a purist with my tea - no flavorings, just hot tea w/sugar and milk <well, lactose lolz) in jersey ya just order tea light and sweet i have been fine with tetley, lipton, and a bunch of other brands, but they aren't anything but plain tea - i think it's orange/black pekoe cut, blah blah... -

last night was 'oysters bienville' http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Oysters-Bienville-242928 wierd little combination of ingredients, but turned out yummy also, found a REAL BUTCHER SHOP about 30 minutes away.
