  10. i read the title to your thread and said, yes, yes and yes. i have all those things today (and for another week probably ) because i got cross contaminated from a restaurant on tuesday (and ate my boxed leftovers on wednesday - i don't get obvious symptoms until a few days later) relating to your celiac, that is how i feel when i have gotten glutened....
  11. simona's recipes are DA BOMB :) that challah dough is shapeable, too - one halloween i made a bread skeleton from it. it was YUMMMZZ and i just laid it out on a tray for soup dippers. the big loaf is great for french toast. i might accidentally have to make some...... hubs is coming home for a few days, so i think i will make: cod w/bruschetta...

  13. you are playing with your food that makes me happy, too! i guess once you get comfortable with what you're doing, things get more interesting. i was pondering using lasagne noodles, cooked partially and drained - like cook them a little drain and let them 'dry off' then roll up with stuff and fry them. i wonder if they will stick together well, though...

  17. tonight's dinner is: i don't care i am dressing up in a victorian costume and being a tour guide on the haunted halloween walking tour. of COURSE it's the coldest it's been yet and going to be in the 30-40's (and of course, the weather is going to warm up after the weekend....) good thing i'm wearing a dress that i can probably fit snowpants underneath...
