I don't know much about the blood test and such, but I can tell you my celiac was dx when they were testing my gallbladder as well. I was having pain in the center/right side of my ribs. A friend of mine was recently diagnosed. She said she had a blood test in 2008 which was negative. She's had horrible symptoms, including SEVERE anemia. I don't know. -

Someone mentioned the other day about buying Red Mill Flours in bulk (I believe at the factory) and pastas. I lost the thread, so I can't find if that person said where they get these. I would love any ideas. I love the idea of buying in bulk...I do love to bake! -

If her insurance is limiting her seeing a specialist, try checking with one of the local "free clinics". Often there are specialist who will see patients with insuffcient insurance pro bono or at little cost. What state are you in? Are there options for public insurance? -
