    Ha ,ha ..yes, this was also one of the first 'breads' my hubby tried after his dx...and the most disgusting. My hubby thought it was violating the trade descriptions act to call it bread.

    Sorry, I don't have any suggestions of actual edible brands of gluten-free bread as I'm in the UK (but trust me there are some) ...but can I just say..your post made me laugh so hard

    74!!! That's almost summer!! Love, love love !! the (temporary) spring here in London (Around 17 degrees c, low 60's f) It's bright and sunny and I even got out in the garden and cut the grass!! (I love that smell ) ...but it gets chilly as soon as the sun goes in and is forecast to have a distinct drop in temp next week Roll on summer...

    I love these curry pastes and we have them at least twice a week!!!! (with poppodums and mango/lime chutney which are also gluten-free) YUM!!!

    Yes!! Absolutely!! My son's first coeliac screen was negative - but a repeat blood test a year later was positive.

    The art is not to nap for more than 30 mins,20 mins even better!! Anymore more than 30 mins and I get the 'cotton wool ' head and raging thirst (yeah, why is that?? )
