We also told her that if anyone hives her food to say no thank your have to ask my mom first. She has anaphylactic allergies so she has been having this reinforced since she could... -

is it dried or fresh rice noodles? My husbands family is Chinese and I know that they use flour with fresh rice noodles to dust the board the are made on to stop them sticking. Dried rice noodles are usually okay. -

back from our original gastro, told him everything that is going on and it turns out that the gastro who is supposed to be the department head never told us that she has the celiac genes. Given how she first responded when we went gluten free, it is a good bet she has celiac, no endoscopy or anything needs to be done. rash is probably DH, and sister has... -

some doctors don't get it, the head of the GI clinic at our children's hospital silt the firm belief that if a child is not malnourished, and has no evidence of anything in the bloodwork than absolutely nothing is wrong, but our regular GI and our pediatrician don't care what blood says, they look at the physical evidence. We have been told we can't get... -

skin prick tests arent accurate, the skin is completely seperate and different to your gi tract. my daughter had ana anphylactic reaction to milk in baby cereal at 7 months but it didnt show in a skin prick test till 18 months old. the IgE test are the most accurate as your IgE cells are the ones that react to an allergen and the are in your blood, not on... -

you should ask for a referal to a peadiatric alergist for testing. keep in mind though skin prick testing is not accurate, the skin is different to your GI tract. my daughter had an anaphylactic allergy to milk in baby cereal at 7 months, put didnt get a positive skin test until 18 months old -

i'd keep away from the berries, there may be too much acid for his stomach if you google foods that are the least like to cause allergies it should bring up lists, pretty much when you start feeding a baby. everytime my daughter gets sick we do it and it seems to help, make sure even the fruits are soft, you can poach them, also steamed chicken with little... -
