    I have also never seen peanut butter with gluten in it. Amendment. I have never seen peanut butter that comes home from the store with gluten in it. While I suppose it's possible some off brand or another I've never seen may be susceptible to CC, it is a naturally gluten free food. Yay!!!     All of my local Wendy's have dedicated fryers for fries. I'm not sure if it's a policy with the local franchise owner or a national chain policy but certainly something worth checking out. And the Frostys are gluten free also so you have something to dip your fries in!

    I can't stand the price of pumpkin seeds so instead I keep them as a fall treat. I buy pumpkins by the dozen all fall and do my own seeds, it's super easy, even if it's time consuming.     It's been a good few months since my last call to them but it was my understanding that all the flavors were gluten free. This doesn't include things like granola and such and I would certainly advocate calling them. But the little (I think 6 oz?) cups sold individually with foil on top are all gluten free. Three words. We have three local stores that sell in bulk, one isn't really safe, they have small bins which all have scoops and everything is easily contaminated. I skip their bulk section.
